Find Your Fit

I implemented the "Find Your Fit" program at DePaul University, based on a global health initiative managed by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) called Exercise is Medicine® (EIM). Apart from creating the program, I created a social media marketing plan to make DePaul University students and members of the campus fitness center aware of the "Find Your Fit" program. I started new paid roles for current Exercise Science students from DePaul University to help run the program to get more hands-on experience while also making some income.
